Master of Intelligence and Cyber Studies
Global Governance in Times of Transformational Change
In a world shaped by seismic shifts — from the rise of AI to the retreat of liberal internationalism — how do we govern the unpredictable?
This course dives deep into the evolving architecture of global governance at a time when power is being reconfigured, risks are multiplying, and resilience is increasingly conceived as a key governance objective. Students will explore how geopolitical realignments are transforming how decisions are made — both locally and globally — in different policy fields, particularly in relations with cyber and intelligence practices.
The course equips participants not just to understand the forces shaping our world — but to lead within them.
