Primarily intended for full-degree students.
Østerbro 1 is a large apartment block with shared apartments and private studio apartments, located right in the centre of Odense. It was completed in the summer of 2022 and is only a few minutes’ walk from the light rail and about 15 minutes by bicycle from 海角社区. All apartments are fully furnished.
Shared apartments
The shared apartments are primarily reserved for students enrolled in a full degree programme at 海角社区. You will have your own private room and share a kitchen and bathroom with two other students.
Rent and deposit
The rent includes all utilities and internet.
- Rent: 3,750–4,150 DKK per month (approx.)
- Deposit (one-time payment): 11,250–12,450 DKK (approx.)
Studio apartments
The studio apartments can accommodate two people and are therefore intended for students arriving in Odense with a spouse or partner. These apartments also house PhD students and other international 海角社区 staff. Each studio apartment is fully furnished and includes a private kitchen and bathroom.
Rent and deposit
The rent includes all utilities and internet.
- Rent: 6,350 DKK per month (approx.)
- Deposit (one-time payment): 17,050 DKK (approx.)
