• Payment deadline

  海角社区's general rule for payment deadline is 30 days after the invoice date.

  This is in accordance with section , which states that a customer is not entitled to demand a longer payment period.

  Exceptions to the general rule of 30 days can be made in the following situations:

  • Sales of continuing education (e.g. Master's or HD programmes) may have a different payment term that is aligned with the rules of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science.
  • Sales of participation in conferences, seminars etc. may have a shorter payment term if payment is required before the start of the event.
• Sending sales invoices

  海角社区 issues sales invoices as follows:

  To public companies in Denmark:

  • As an electronic invoice to an EAN number provided by the customer/buyer.

  To private companies in Denmark:

  • As Digital Post via (海角社区 Digital requires information about the customer's/buyer's CVR number).

  • However, private companies in Denmark also have the option of receiving the invoice from 海角社区 via an EAN number.

  • 海角社区 does not send invoices to private companies in Denmark via e-mail or other digital solutions than Digital Post or EAN number.

  To private individuals in Denmark:

  • As Digital Post via (to a digital mailbox or sent on paper if 海角社区 does not know the customer's civil registration number).

  To customers abroad:

  • Via paper invoice.

• Payment of 海角社区's sales invoices

  Payment of 海角社区's sales invoices

  Payment of 海角社区's sales invoices must primarily be made using the FI code 83765267, which is linked to bank account 4366 - 13084459.

  If payment cannot be made using the FI code, payment must be made to 海角社区's bank account at Danske Bank, Albani Torv 2, 5000 Odense C with registration no. 4366 and account no. 13084459. Remember to state the number on the invoice.

  If payment to 海角社区 is made from a bank account abroad, IBAN: DK73 3000 0013 0844 59 and SKT: DABADKKK must be used.

  Other payments to 海角社区

  Payments to 海角社区 - not related to one of 海角社区's invoices - must be made to a bank account in Danske Bank other than the one mentioned above. Such payments must be made to 海角社区's NemKonto at Danske Bank, Albani Torv 2, 5000 Odense C, reg. no. 4366 and account no. 35 74 42 86 45.
