Required documentation

When filling out your application, you will be required to upload a number of different documents. The list of documents will depend on the programme you apply for as well as your educational background.

Note that all official documentation relating to your previous education must be verified by the issuing institution, either by means of stamp and signature, or by a certified digital signature.

  • Transcript of records

    You must collect your student records via the application system. 

    If you have yet to complete your degree, you should upload a list of any ongoing courses if these could be decisive for fulfilling the entry requirements. Otherwise they will not be taken into account. 

    Remember to include documentation for any ongoing or completed supplementary courses. 

    Additional documents

    Visit the website of the master's programme to see whether you must present af written application, resume, or any additional documents. 

  • Transcript of records

    You must collect your student records via the application system. 

    If you have yet to complete your degree, you should upload a list of any ongoing courses if these could be decisive for fulfilling the entry requirements. Otherwise they will not be taken into account. 

    Remember to include documentation for any ongoing or completed supplementary courses. 

    Course descriptions

    Unless the entry requirements of the Master's programme specifically list your degree as qualifying, we strongly recommend that you submit descriptions of each of the courses in your degree. 

    The document must be verified by your home university, either by stamp and signature, or include links to official course descriptions on the university's webpage.

    Proof of language proficiency

    Remember to submit valid documentation to prove that you fulfill the language requirements of the programme.

  • General guidelines for documentation

    • Collect all pages of a document in one PDF file.
    • All documents must be clearly legible. This means that the full document must appear in the uploaded file, and that all text in the document must be distinctly readable.
    • Verification: Diplomas, transcripts, and other official documents must be stamped and signed (manually or digitally) by the issuing institution.
      Translations: Documents that are not issued in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or English must be accompanied by a translation into one of the 4 languages. Translations of official documents must be certified by an authorized translator or by your home university. Please upload both the original document and the translation to your application.

    Diploma and transcript of records

    You must submit your Bachelor's diploma including a full transcript of records. Remember to include any ongoing or completed supplementary courses. 

    If you have yet to complete your degree, please provide a transcript of completed courses and documentation for your registration to courses not yet passed. The documentation must contain names of all courses and ECTS (or another indication of the workload of each course). 

    Course descriptions

    If your institution does not provide course descriptions in English, you may prepare the course descriptions yourself, in which case your institution must verify your descriptions. You can use our template for your translation.
