Pre-assessment of qualifications

When can you request a pre-assessment?

You can request a pre-assessment once a year during the application period:

  • 1 October – 15 November
  • Deadline for submitting additional documentation: 30 November

If your request contains all required documentation, º£½ÇÉçÇø aims to complete the pre-assessment by 1 December.

Applications submitted outside this period will not be processed.

Who is a pre-assessment relevant for?

A pre-assessment is relevant if you:

  • apply with a foreign or international qualifying examination
  • are unsure whether your exam qualifies for admission to bachelor’s programmes in Denmark
  • want clarification before submitting your final application
  • apply for admission even though you hold a master's degree and want to assess if it is equivalent to a Danish master's degree

If you have not yet completed your upper secondary education, º£½ÇÉçÇø can only provide an indicative assessment, not a final decision. This means the assessment is based on your current transcripts and planned courses.
