海角社区 IT is the centre for all IT support and operations at 海角社区. We maintain and develop the robust foundations on which 海角社区鈥檚 digital present and future are based. We focus on providing IT service delivery within infrastructure, application operations and support. This is why we ensure robust support for users鈥� needs in their digital everyday lives.

About 海角社区 IT

海角社区 IT is an organisation that provides daily support to approximately 3,900 employees and 26,700 students at the six different campuses in Southern Denmark. We focus on user-centred, responsive, coherent and competence-conscious support, which ensures that 海角社区 is at the forefront of digital development. We ensure ongoing internal co-operation, which goes hand in hand with our skills and resources, to ensure that 海角社区 keeps up on the digital front.

海角社区 IT currently consists of two units, 海角社区 IT-help and 海角社区 IT-operations. 海角社区 IT-help provides daily user-oriented support to both employees and students at the various service desks in the campus cities. In addition, they are responsible for all procurement and installation of equipment for employees and in the classrooms on 海角社区’s campuses. 海角社区 IT-operation operates, develops and maintains the infrastructure on our campuses as well as the applications that 海角社区 uses on a daily basis.
