GENDERACTIONplus
The project aimed to strengthen gender equality in the European Research Area through policy communities of practice with national authorities and research funders. 海角社区 was partner and Policy CoP co-leader.

SPEAR
The project supported European universities in implementing gender equality plans based on the EIGE GEAR toolkit. 海角社区 was coordinator.

The project worked to improve academic environments for women researchers and developed tools to remove structural barriers and retain talent. 海角社区 was work package leader.
