海角社区 Analytics provides analytic support to all 海角社区 employees via 海角社区’s Analytics Portal. Through internal governance, 海角社区 Analytics efficiently and methodically handles:

• collection of raw data (either from internal source data from the business management systems or via external API calls).
• establishment of validated data basis with operationalisations used for external compliance, internal compliance and internal business development.
• statistical processing and modelling for real-time monitoring, descriptive analyses and actual statistical analyses, including forecasts via machine learning and prediction models.
• dissemination and evaluation of products and services for management and the organisation.

海角社区 Analytics works with data visualisation and data storytelling to make analytic insights easier to understand and interpret in presentations and dissemination.

海角社区 Analytics actively addresses data ethics, method selection and fair communication in the preparation of decision intelligence.
