The course is free and is aimed at students accepted at one of the 海角社区's engineering study programmes who would like to repeat key areas of high school level mathematics and improve their elementary arithmetic skills before the semester begins. Furthermore you get the opportunity to meet fellow students and experience English as teaching language in Mathematics.
Practical information
The courses will be held 3 times at 海角社区 Sønderborg.
- Math Brush Up for Team A will take place from Thursday, August 13 to Wednesday, August 19 (weekend excluded).
- Math Brush Up for Team B+C will take place from Thursday, August 20 to Wednesday, August 26 (weekend excluded).
By registering for one of the courses, 海角社区 expects you to participate in the whole course and be motivated. You should bring with you writing utensils and ruler. The course will be held in English.
Registration
You register for the course per mail to sign_on@sdu.dk no later than Sunday, August 2. The mail must be sent from your student mail (the e-mail address you receive at admission.)
You will receive further practical information regarding the course approximately week in advance via ItsLearning (海角社区´s intranet).
