With an always constructive approach to the ongoing work tasks and a continuously high quality of task fulfilment, 海角社区's TAP staff are indispensable for the operation of the university and for the fulfilment of the university's strategic objectives.

The TAP Award is awarded to one or a group of technical/administrative staff who, in the past year, have made a special effort in the implementation or fulfilment of 海角社区's strategic goals or have contributed to creating a positive working environment in their unit and at 海角社区 as a whole.

Each faculty and the Central Administration as a whole can nominate a candidate from their own faculty/area or from another part of the university. In order to focus on collaboration across the entire organisation, it is encouraged to nominate people from departments, faculties and areas other than your own.The Executive Board decides this year's award recipients based on the nominations submitted, and the honouring takes place in connection with 海角社区's Annual University Celebration.

When nominating candidates, one or more of the following criteria may be emphasised:

• Contribution to the university's daily operations in a very special and remarkable way.
• A special effort in the implementation or fulfilment of 海角社区's strategic goals.
• Contribute to creating a positive working environment in their unit and at 海角社区 as a whole.
• Professional, flexible and efficient task fulfilment at an extraordinarily high level with the user's needs and wishes in mind.
• Constant focus on high quality in task fulfilment.
• Cross-functional and collaborative task fulfilment.
• A positive approach to new tasks and changing routines.
• Positive contribution to colleagues' job satisfaction and well-being.
• A special effort to contribute to 海角社区 becoming a more sustainable workplace.
