º£½ÇÉçÇø moves up in recognised ranking list
The º£½ÇÉçÇø moves up to its highest ranking ever at number 303 on the recognised ranking list from QS. This places º£½ÇÉçÇø fourth best among Universities Denmark, where º£½ÇÉçÇø has also delivered the biggest improvement compared to last year.
QS - World University Ranking has published the latest ranking of the world's universities, and the º£½ÇÉçÇø has been ranked number 303.
This is the university's best ever ranking on the list, and º£½ÇÉçÇø stands out as the biggest high-flyer among all Universities Denmark universities.
The QS World University Rankings is an annual ranking of the world's universities. The ranking is based on factors such as academic reputation, employer rating, number of citations per researcher, staffing levels of lecturers and academic staff and international student numbers. It is widely used as a measure of universities' global reputation and research strength.
Progress on strategically important parameters
With the new strategy, the º£½ÇÉçÇø wants to develop and strengthen the university's research through an increased degree of international sparring and collaboration. It is therefore encouraging to see that º£½ÇÉçÇø is making progress on a number of parameters relating to internationalization and excellent research and educational environments.
On the parameters International Faculty, Citations per Faculty, Academic Reputation and International Students, there are positive signs from º£½ÇÉçÇø International's perspective with progress compared to the latest ranking. The two parameters with International say something about how attractive the university is to foreign researchers and students, and here º£½ÇÉçÇø International is ranked in the top 3 in Denmark.
This, combined with a high ranking on the International Research Network parameter, supports that the º£½ÇÉçÇø has a strong position and that several of the strategic ambitions are moving in the right direction.
CWUR - World University Rankings - has also recently published their results, where º£½ÇÉçÇø is ranked 289th among the participating universities. What makes the CWUR ranking special is that it focuses specifically on research and bibliometrics.
