We have developed a modified Danish version of Social Cognition and Interaction Training (SCIT Young DK) focusing on young patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSD). We have made Danish vignettes and photos and included social media as part of the training. Our pilot project suggested two different training programs: An RCT study (N = 106) of 10 sessions in patients with schizophrenia age 18-30, and an efficacy study (N= 45) of 6 sessions in SSD patients age 13-17 using a mirror-image design.
