This year, the conference registration fee is set听at

Included in the fee are conference materials, lunches & coffee breaks on August 18 and 19, a conference dinner on August 18听and a pre-conference get-together on August 17
Accommodation
The university听has a number of rooms accessible for听NHESG conference听participants at two听hotels in Odense. The costs are per person and night included VAT. and breakfast.
Note that the double room rate isn't valid if you book a double room alone.
