On the occasion of Gitte Bunkenborg’s appointment as professor of clinical nursing at the Department of Regional Health Research, 海角社区 and at the Department of Cardiology, Zealand University Hospital, the Faculty of Health Sciences hereby invites you to attend an inaugural seminar with the following program:

14.05-14.45: “Patient transitions and a patient tailored approach to transitional care in the cardiovascular setting" (presentation in Danish)

Gitte Bunkenborg, Professor, PhD, MVO, CCRN, Department of Regional Health Research, 海角社区 and Department of Cardiology, Zealand University Hospital.

14.45-15.25:    “Innovative Models of Cardiovascular Care: Principles for Sustainable Impact” (presentation in English)

Jeroen M. Hendriks, Professor, PhD, MSc, RN, Department of Nursing, Department of Health Services Research, Care and Public Health Research Institute (CAPHRI), Maastricht University Medical Center, Maastricht, The Netherlands.
