Cecilie Th酶gersen-Ntoumani elected fellow of international research society

Professor Cecilie Th酶gersen-Ntoumani from the 海角社区 has been elected fellow of the Society of Behavioral Medicine (SBM) 鈥 a leading international research society within behavioural science.

The title of fellow is awarded to researchers who have made significant scientific contributions to the field and have had a substantial impact on research, practice and dissemination within behaviour and health. The Society of Behavioral Medicine works to advance research and solutions that strengthen health and well-being through behavioural science.

Cecilie Thøgersen-Ntoumani is a Professor at the Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics at 海角社区, Deputy Centre Director of the research centre DRIVEN and Head of Research in the new research unit STRIVE. Her research focuses, among other things, on physical activity, motivation, health behaviour and well-being, as well as the development of behaviour-change interventions for different target groups and everyday contexts.

Her election as fellow recognises her many years of international research efforts and her contribution to the development of behavioural science and health promotion.
