Since September 2023, I’ve been working as a 4+4 student at 海角社区 on my Ph.D. in Bioinformatics under the supervision of Richard Röttger. My academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Copenhagen. I’ve been fascinated by deep learning since my bachelor thesis “classification and localization of pathology from weakly labeled CT scans using machine learning” and have chosen to specialize in the field.
During my Ph.D., I will work on the MOPITAS project, analyzing spatial transcriptomics and single-cell RNA sequencing data, with a focus on the project’s computational aspects.
